Information for applicants

Step 1 : Fill online application form for visa in the Embassy of Ghana website https://berlin.ghanagovernmentmission.com/portal/

Step 2 : Select “Berlin Premium Application Centre” as Application Centre ( point no. 2 under VISA APPLICATION PRE-QUALIFICATION INSTRUCTIONS) while you are filling the online application

Step 3 : GoTo Appointment tab => fill your name, phone number and email id and select “Berlin Premium Application Centre” as Application Centre. Then pick up date and time for submission.

Step 4 :  You will be redirected to Premium Application Center website after you click on submit/book appointment.

• If you have selected COUNTER as mode of submission, you will have to confirm appointment for submission at Premium Application Centre (or)
• If you have selected POSTAL service, you will need to provide complete postal address to send processed application back. Please send documents through courier to the address given in confirmation email.
• If you have selected Door-Step, our agent will get back to you within 24hrs to schedule the visit.

Step 5 : Pay the service fees online and additional premium services fee, if any.

Note : You can also pay the service fee at Counter, if you have selected to submit the documents at Premium Application Centre

Once the payment is done, you will receive a confirmation email.
